Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact New Shoppee Trading Qatar Customer Service:

When requesting a cancellation, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

Once the cancellation request is processed, a confirmation email will be sent.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers may request a return or refund, subject to the policy below. Our customer service team will assist accordingly.

Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased under promotions (including but not limited to Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 Get 1, or minimum spend offers) are non-refundable.


Returns

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt only in case of product defects. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in the original condition and packaging

  • Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Hygiene products

  • Products without proof of purchase or receipt

  • Items damaged due to reasons not caused b New shopee Trading

  • Items missing original parts or packaging


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 14–21 working days from the date of cancellation
    (Working days exclude Fridays and public holidays)


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)

  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email info@newshoppee.com


Shipping & Return Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees (QAR 10)

  • Shipping fees are waived for:

    • Damaged or defective products

    • Incorrect items delivered by New ShoppeeTrading Qatar

Returned items may also be sent directly to:

If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
